Not at all. It can be a personal best in something you've never tried before. It could also be something you do regularly. The choice is yours. It's all about showing up as the best version of yourself.
The campaign officially runs throughout June, but if your challenge falls either side of the month that is fine. We encourage creativity and flexibility within this event.

Gift Aid is a great opportunity for donors to make their voluntary donations to the campaign worth 25% more – without spending an extra penny.
It enables charities like ours to claim the basic tax that donors have paid on their donations back from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
If every supporter who is eligible agreed to Gift Aid their donation, it would raise hundreds of thousands of pounds more to support those who served.
To be eligible to add Gift Aid to your donation you must be a UK tax payer and you must have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that you donate to will reclaim on my gifts for the current tax year. Other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify.
The charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that you have given.
Please do encourage anyone donating to you offline (by cheque or cash) to download a Gift Aid Form to ensure we can claim an extra 25% on their generous donation.
For more information on Gift Aid visit: www.hmrc.gov.uk/individuals/giving/gift-aid.htm
We will then add any of these funds (cash paid into our bank/cheques) to your fundraising page on the website.
Please check your junk email folder.
If the receipt is not in your junk folder and you still haven't received it after a couple of hours, please contact by email [email protected].
Your fundraising will go directly towards supporting WWTW’s programmes for those who have served in the military with mental health, employment and wraparound care coordination tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
Whether mentally, socially or physically wounded, WWTW provides bespoke services dedicated to helping those who have fallen the furthest to get back on track and to move forward with their lives.
